Dale brings more than three decades of general contracting and construction management experience across the private and public sectors. Since taking over leadership in 2022 he has strengthened operations and guided the company’s growth.

His background includes nuclear power generation with Entergy Nuclear at the Indian Point Energy Center, where budgeting, planning and oversight left no room for error. He later owned and ran his own construction company across Putnam and Westchester counties.

Dale lives in Putnam Valley, where he and his wife raised their two children, and serves on local planning boards.

Kaitlyn oversees operations, finance, human resources and client relations. She started at E.J. York as an intern and worked through office and project management into executive leadership, and she is the first contact for new clients.

She co-chairs the Young Professionals in Construction group of the Building and Realty Institute of Westchester and the Mid-Hudson Region, co-chairs the Bronx Chamber of Commerce membership committee, and chairs the Emerging Leaders Board of 914Cares. The Business Council of Westchester named her one of its 40 Under 40 Rising Stars.

Brad leads E.J. York’s job sites, and his is the name clients mention when they talk about how the work gets done.
